Erick (Fox) Braun began his training in 2003 when he was just sixteen years old. After only a few weeks of watching the instructors’ amazing feats and experiencing the quality of their training, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. Since then he has trained rigorously, dreaming of the day that he could open his own studio and teach others the art that inspires him year after year.

In September of 2008, Erick was awarded his second-degree black belt and his teaching certificate. It was a day he will never forget. It was then that he vowed to do everything in his power to share his knowledge and experience with others, and turn his dreams into reality.

True to his nickname, Fox specializes in quick strike combos and evasion techniques. He views his training as a way to increase the awareness, compassion, and courage necessary to live a virtuous and prosperous life.
